We found the whole experience to be the best. Our room was perfectly prepared, even three biscuits, and strawberries to welcome us. We have been coming for 10 visits, and appreciate the care, the delicious meals in both restaurants...and those breakfasts. YUM. The resort is close to Creswick township and some lovely day drives. The view from our room over the golf course was so lovely, even those frosts in the morning. Thank you. We will come again.

Overall very enjoyable and definitely will stay again. When I'm travelling for work I normally try to stay in centre of towns because after driving all day the last thing I was to do is drive to dinner etc. But two onsite restaurants and facilities I could just relax and wind down. Also big win for me was onsite EV charger. Up to 50kw (so be aware it's not a super fast charger.) Staff were all helpful and professional. The room was very clean and neat, bed was comfortable. It also seems like it would also be a great place for families with the playground and pool. The shower in the room was a very high rain shower in a very small corner shower so maybe be aware of this if a good shower is a priority. Although there was a spa bath with a window into the room to be able to watch TV through. Which seems like a nice idea. Only one complaint is the skip/garbage collection at 7:45am right outside out room was so loud. If rooms are going to be that close to a loading bay that allows garbage collection that early they need to have better sound proofing. I'd definitely stay again but if I was planning to sleep in (I was 😭) next time I'd book a "fairway" room to be facing the gold course to guarantee an undisturbed sleep.

I haved stayed here at the resort a few times. Latest one was back in April 2026. Every stayed was perfect. Great and friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good variety offer for breakfast. My son enjoyed the game room and the pool. Initially booked for resort room, but got upgraded to fairway room. Didn't realise this until I made another booking for the next visit. Family members are coming from overseas and already booked for another there. Looking forward to it.

Amazing location Staff are attentive and helpful and very accommodating. I have food allergies and they were most helpful. The list with what I could eat was prepared prior to my arrival. One of the best service I’ve ever received and will definitely be back. The room was clean

We travelled to the RACV Goldfields Resort with a group of 21 Rotary friends. The rooms were excellent and the arrangements for dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Our dinner was in a private room with full bar service and the food was well presented and great quality. The staff were friendly and helpful. One small negative was in the Springs Bar and Terrace it became very busy prior to dinner and the wait time for service was quite long. Overall highly recommended.

Driving from Mount Hotham to Adelaide we pre booked a room for a night to chop up our trip. The hotel is huge, situation on top of a hill with beautiful tree views. The carpet is at the bottom of the hill, you will need to drop your luggage at the top, check in then park your car down. The service was great, no faults! The available restaurants were fantastic, we got a booking at the three founders. Food was great. The balcony king room was perfect for our situation. Room service is take away from the restaurant. Bed was comfortable, room was modern and clean. Bathroom was a good size however from using the shower it's easy to flood the bathroom, you can tell this is an ongoing issue as the bottom of the bathroom door has started to rott away. No microwave available in the room, hit chocolates were made with kettle water. We would return 😊
